Student Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and fellow learners.
- Attend classes regularly.
- Complete assigned Riyaz (practice) and learning exercises.
- Maintain a stable internet connection and suitable learning environment.
- Keep required instruments and learning materials ready before class.
Learning Materials
Students may not:
- Share Academy materials publicly.
- Sell, reproduce, or distribute course content.
- Upload recordings or teaching materials to external platforms without written permission.
Class Recordings
- Certain classes may be recorded for educational and quality purposes.
- Recordings provided by the Academy are intended solely for enrolled students.
- Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of classes is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising between Swaramadhura Academy (Swara Madhura S.R.L) and site users will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure to resolve, disputes will be addressed to the competent courts in Romania.
