Course Duration & Validity
Each course is designed with a specific learning schedule and validity period. Students are encouraged to complete the course within the designated timeframe.
Course Validity
- Each enrolled course remains valid only for the duration specified at registration.
- Course validity begins from the student’s official start date or first attended class, whichever occurs first.
- Unused classes, recordings, or learning credits cannot be carried forward beyond the validity period unless approved by the Academy.

Missed Classes
- Missed classes do not automatically extend course validity.
- Students should attend regularly to maximize learning opportunities.
Extension Requests
Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Long-term technical issues
- Other documented situations
Course Completion
Upon expiration of the validity period:
- Access to classes may cease.
- Recordings may be removed.
- Learning materials may become unavailable.
Batch Transfers
Requests to transfer to another batch:
- Are subject to seat availability.
- Require Academy approval.
- Do not automatically extend course validity.
General Validity Statement
Course validity is strictly limited to the enrolled program period. Students are encouraged to maintain regular attendance and complete their learning requirements within the allotted timeframe. Any extension, transfer, or special accommodation request is subject to Academy approval.
