Trial Classes
- Trial classes are non-refundable once conducted.
- If canceled by the Academy, the trial class will be rescheduled.
Digital Courses and Recorded Content
Before Access Is Granted
Students may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed a substantial portion of the course content.
After Access Is Granted Once course materials have been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or consumed beyond a reasonable preview period, refunds are generally not available.

Live Cohort Programs and Regular Courses
Before Course Commencement
- Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
After Course Commencement
- Refund requests during the first week may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Administrative and payment processing charges may be deducted.
- No refunds will be provided after active participation in the course has begun.
Missed Classes
- Fees are not refundable for classes missed by students.
- Access to recordings or alternative learning resources may be provided where available.
Academy-Initiated Cancellation
If Swaramadhura Academy cancels a course or program, students may choose:
- Full refund • Credit toward another course
- Transfer to another available batch
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
